eStatement


ESTATEMENTS ARE EFFICIENT & CONVENIENT 

Beginning January 1, 2024, FSBT will issue a $2 charge per paper statement for consumer accounts, and a $3 charge per paper statement for business accounts.

  • eStatements reduce the use of paper, postage,and envelopes - costs that have continued to rise during inflation.
  • eStatements are not affected by unreliable mail delivery services.
  • Phone bills, utility bills and more are already delivered via eStatements, bank statements should be too!
  • Over half of our customers have already made the switch to eStatements for convenience and ease of access.

 

HOW TO ENROLL

If you don't have online banking, please call (800)-877-3728 to enroll.

If you have online banking, log in (fsbtrust.com)and follow the steps below.

PERSONAL

  1. Log in to the 1View app or your online FSBT account.
  2. Click the Documents tile.
  3. Click on the second tab: Sign Up/Changes.
  4. Check the box next to Enroll All Available Accounts & Document Types Shown.
  5. Click Save Settings.

BUSINESS

  1. Log in to your online FSBT account.
  2. Click on the third tab: Cash Manager.
  3. Click on eDocuments tab.
  4. Click on the second tab: Sign Up/Changes.
  5. Check the box next to Enroll All Available Accounts & Document Types Shown.
